Fix not to exit when an error occurs

In previous versions of CubePDF, when an error occurred, the application would display an error message and then exit. However, we have received several inquiries requesting an improvement because it is necessary to start over from the printing process on the application side when you want to retry the conversion process (For example, if the PDF file you specified to save to failed because it was opened by another application). Therefore, in CubePDF 3.1.0, the error message is displayed and the user is returned to the main screen when an error occurs.

Note that depending on the nature of the error, it may not be possible to correct the error immediately. In such cases, please click the Cancel button on the CubePDF main screen to exit.

Support for German display

German has been added to the list of languages displayed on the CubePDF main screen (Thanks Roy). CubePDF Utility 2.2.0 and CubePDF Page 4.2.0, which were upgraded on the same day, also have German language display capability.

Adjust GUI layout.
Update iText7 to 7.2.5.
